Forged from vaudeville stock, classical training, and an endless international tour circuit, her list of performance credits is extraordinary.

…since it’s inception Amy has taken on numerous roles for Lord Sonny the Unifier, including: a staring music video role, two additional video cameos, a behind-the-camera directorial effort, in the editing room, and of course, laying down hundreds of back-up vocal tracks.

A skilled actress for stage, film, and tv, Amy has performed in over 40 countries and won an Olivier Award on London’s West End. Her 5-star rated solo shows have toured extensively and have been performed in several different languages. The Hollywood Reporter called Amy G “the funniest comedian you’ve never heard of.”
April was an exciting time for Amy, as people from all around the globe shared their enthusiasm and support for her new project “Big Time.” (She ran an amazingly successful crowd funding campaign, reaching its funding goal in just 2.5 days, and then far surpassing it, reaching 250% funding by the end of it’s 30 days.) What is “Big Time”? “Big Time” is a half-hour comedy pilot that revolves around Amy G, a middle-aged woman who runs away from the circus, moves in with a couple of millenials in New York, and together they learn how to fail fabulously and shamelessly, in no-holds-barred pursuit of the big time.
The pilot was written by Amy G and is being directed by award-winning filmmaker, Rob Margolies. His past projects include “She Wants Me”, Starring Hillary Duff and Josh Gad, and “Weight”, with Zackery Byrd, Jason Mewes, and Randy Quaid.
A lifelong dream to have her own show, Amy G is not only also excited to star, but also to create genuinely funny lead roles for people of color, queerness, and age.
The busyness continued for Amy in June, as she was on a 3 week run of Deluxe Deluxe in Newcastle, Australia. An adults-only evening beyond your wildest imagination, this cabaret nouveau is sexy, eye-popping, seductive, and features the “glitterati” of international circus talent.
Deluxe Deluxe stars Amy G herself, and features pin-up princess Penelope Elena (GER); acrobat Louis Biggs (AUS); exotic temptress Zoe Marshall (AUS); juggling mastermind Braunny Lopez (MEX), beautiful-dangerous tigress Ailona (RUS) and the drop-dead-gorgeous Busola (UK).
You can check out Amy in front of the camera in many of Lord Sonny the Unifier’s releases since October, including our latest, “Your Sweet Daydreams”. Not only is she’s the rollerskating extraordinaire, but she also directed and edited the video.
Along with the band performance shots in BD Pironti’s First in Space, she also takes on the co-staring role opposite Lord Sonny frontman Gregory Jiritano, and is nearly unrecognizable as “The alien lover from space”. Fun fact: Amy G is also married to Jiritano.
Amy G also makes a cameo in our sixth and concluding music video from FINAL NOTICE! The soon to be released “The All New Knownothings.” Look for it this summer!
